It's difficult to imagine but there is Police rapist in the Subang Jaya Police Station, Selangor. It's pure police brutality.
The story started when a victim and her partner was stopped somewhere in Subang Jaya and were instructed to go over to the police station as her partner has committed a minor offence (i.e. driving a motorbike without license).
At the police station, that policeman threatened the victim to have her boyfriend jailed if she did not comply to his lust. The victim was raped in the police station.
This is akin to "Harapkan pagar, pagar makan padi", that means, the fence was to protect the padi from toppling over but the fence toppled on the paid.
Note: The media reported that the incident happen at Subang Jaya but did not stated which Police Station was where the crime happened.

Rape victim loses 10kg
THE girl allegedly raped by a policeman in a police station has lost more than 10kg in 22 days, reported China Press.
Family members are worried that the girl, 17, may be suffering from depression as she has mostly kept to her room after the incident.
She has become temperamental, moody, lost her appetite and is also restless, her mother said.
In an exclusive interview with the daily, the victim said: “I have lost confidence and will never believe in policemen anymore.”
She said the presence of policemen should instil confidence but “it is unbelievable he used such tactics to satisfy his lust.”
On June 18, the girl was with her boyfriend when the policeman stopped their motorcycle at 5am in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
The boyfriend did not have a driving licence and the policeman instructed them to go to the police station where they were questioned separately.
The policeman allegedly forced the girl to undress and threatened to have her boyfriend jailed if she did not comply.
She claimed she was forced to perform oral sex on the policeman and then raped at the station. After 30 minutes, the couple was released.
She had also claimed that the policeman had told her that there had been others before her who had been very “cooperative”.
“If action is not taken against the policeman, the credibility of the police will be questioned,” she was quoted as saying by the daily.

The police force from Gemas Police Station, Negri Sembilan are a bunch of corrupted law enforcement in Malaysia. That's according to one policeman from Gemas Police Station who lodged a report against his fellowmen over alleged bribery.
In return, his superior counter report him for alleged theft of Police's property.
Look like the whole Station are manned by crooked policemen. I'll must say Gemas is a heaven for the underworld organizations to conduct their illegal activities there without interference from the Police as the police has been "taken care of". Residents in Gemas however, are not only not protected but also cheated. The police has taken oath to protect the rakyat and not to be buddy to the criminals.

Cop vs cops in Gemas station

GEMAS: A policeman has lodged a report against all his colleagues including his superiors allegedly over dissatisfaction on how the monthly bribes from those operating illegal activities was being distributed.
In retaliation, one of his superiors, a sergeant, lodged another police report against the policeman, a lance corporal, for allegedly selling station property to scrap dealers.
A source said the lance corporal, in his 40s, was dissatisfied with his superiors for allegedly taking the lion’s share of the bribes while the rank and file received very little.
“In fact, the complainant claimed that he did not get a sen,” the source said.
The report was lodged earlier this week.
The sergeant, in an apparent tit-for-tat, lodged another report against the lance corporal alleging that he had sold some old wooden and iron furniture from the police station to a dealer.
“His colleagues even know where the dealer is operating from,” the source said.
State police chief Datuk Osman Salleh confirmed that a report has been lodged.
“We are investigating the claims made by the lance corporal. We do not want to make conclusions straightaway as the allegations are serious,” he said.
He said all the policemen were still on duty and have not been asked to go on leave.
He said action would be taken against his men if the claims were true.
It is understood that the Anti-Corruption Agency has also started a probe.

Dr. Mohd. Asri Zainul Abidin, the Mufti of Perlis is asking both individual in the sodomy case between Anwar Ibrahim and his accuser, Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan to swear on the Quran. And get this, four witnesses are required.
First, if the sodomy is sinful in the eye of Islam and the incident did occurred, let Allah punished the guilty party in the afterlife. Swearing on the Quran now does not served any purpose and it's totally improper for a Mufti to suggest for both parties to go for a swearing contest. What is the use of Police and the country's law ?Secondly, requiring 4 witnesses is again totally idiotic. If the sodomy did happen in front of the 4 witnesses, I don't think that the 4 witnesses with sane mentality and conciseness will allow it to go on unless the 4 witnesses themselves are in the orgy.

“Mereka juga hendaklah bersumpah dengan menyebut Wallahi, Wabillahi, Watallahi. Saya tidak melakukannya,” katanya.
Tambah Mohd. Asri, isu liwat tersebut telah menyebabkan rakyat berbalah dan bertengkar sesama sendiri.
“Sekarang ini macam-macam cerita kita dengar daripada kes liwat ini. Ada konspirasi, niat jahatlah sampai rakyat pula yang bergaduh,” katanya.
Mohd. Saiful, 23, dalam laporan polis yang dibuatnya di Pondok Polis Hospital Kuala Lumpur pada 28 Jun lalu, mendakwa diliwat beberapa kali oleh Anwar dengan kali terakhir pada 26 Jun lalu di sebuah kondominium di Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
Dalam pada itu, Mohd. Asri turut tidak bersetuju dengan saranan supaya kes liwat itu perlu dikemukakan empat orang saksi.
“Saya tidak setuju sebab mangsa mendakwa liwat berlaku ke atas dirinya sendiri, bukan orang lain,” katanya.
Mufti Perlis turut melahirkan rasa kecewa dengan cara berpolitik negara ini yang didakwanya gemar mengaibkan antara satu sama lain.
“Dalam Islam, peribadi seseorang tidak boleh didedah kepada orang lain. Tetapi dalam politik Malaysia sekarang, mereka berlumba-lumba mendedahkan aib orang,” katanya.

Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, the number two man in Malaysia said he have no knowledge of anything. Did his tongue slipped and twisted or he really meant it.

Pekan: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said he knew nothing about the statutory declaration made by private investigator P Balasubramaniam, retracting the earlier declaration which he made under duress and because he was disappointed with the Government.
"I have no knowledge of anything," said the Deputy Prime Minister.
He said this when asked to comment on the latest statutory declaration made by Balasubramaniam on Friday which denied all the allegations he had made that linked Najib to the Mongolian woman, Altantuya Shaariibuu.
In his statutory declaration on Friday, Balasubramaniam admitted that his earlier statutory declaration was inaccurate and untrue.
At a press conference on Friday, Balasubramaniam's lawyer, M Arulampalam clarified that his client had made the statutory declaration on July 1 under duress and because he was disappointed with the Government.
Asked whether the earlier statutory declaration by the private investigator had affected his image, Najib replied: "I have to face it, what can I do. I have to accept the fact that in Malaysian politics one can resort to dirty tactics, it's even alright to manipulate the law as long as one's objective is achieved."
Najib said he was leaving it to the authorities to take whatever action against the private investigator.
"This (statutory declaration) should not have been made. I regret that it had happened because, firstly, it concerns a case that is still pending in court. If it happens in other countries, action would have been taken against those committing contempt of court.
"What I regret is that there was an opposition leader who was also involved in the press conference concerning a case (Altantuya murder trial) that is still pending in court. It is a matter that concerns the law. It concerns the fate of three people who are facing a very serious charge in court, why should we involve politics and so on in the matter," he said.- Bernama

The Prime Minister recently said that Malaysians (lead by the opposition parties or pro-opposition individuals) are into political bickering and mongering. He got that right.
Everyone is feasted with political shows ranging from SAPP motion of no confidence against the PM at the Parliament and Raja Petra sensational Statutory Declaration (SD). Then came Anwar Ibrahim sodomy charge (again !). The issue was still hot and P. Balasubramaniam show out his prime time Statutory Declaration. Then P. Balasubramaniam retracted of his SD and the latest being P. Balasubramaniam being missing.
Fuh, even Bollywood could not catch the pace of Malaysia political drama in the last few weeks.
Why is the political bickering and mongering going on ? Because their is no development from Barisan Nasional. Or lack of development. Or slow development in every corner from projects to policy.
There is a saying that Idling is a Devil's workshop. Meaning, once you are idling or have nothing to do, you started or tempted to create mischiefs and sins. That happened to those boys who are out of job. They lepak, then to kill time, they commit crimes and sins. Not all of them did that, but most did just to make themselves busy.
So, the same apply to those pro-opposition individuals. Since there is nothing to follow-up on BN policies or projects, they started to create mischiefs. Then those mischiefs can create problem to PM. This can stop if PM honor his pledges and start to deliver his election promises.

Malaysians fed up with current political bickering, says Abdullah
PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi is aware that the people are fed up with the political bickering that is going on in the country and has pledged to give priority to the needs of the people.
“I also know that the people are becoming fed up with the political maneuvering taking place currently.
“Slandering has become more rampant. One no longer cares whether the accusations are true or otherwise,” Abdullah said to Bernama yesterday.
He was commenting on the Sunday Star front-page report on the reaction of the people and community leaders over the political exchanges in the past few weeks.
“My main priority is to pay attention to important issues like the rising prices of fuel and goods, and to continue with the development programmes for the people,” he said.
“The government wants to ensure a situation where the people need not worry or be afraid. They should be able to concentrate on their priorities in ensuring they can overcome their current problems and can do their best for themselves, their families and companies or organisations they represent,” he said.
“I hope the people will join me in focusing on efforts to overcome all the problems and challenges faced today so that we can ensure peace, security and prosperity for the people,” he added.
Commenting on the demonstration organised by certain groups as well as the current political developments, he said that he was perturbed by what was happening now “but I am aware of and understand the current situation.”
“The general election is over. The people have already given their trust to the political parties of their choice. The people have chosen Barisan Nasional to continue to rule.
“As such, I don't see the rationale for the continued demonstrations, or to play politics purely to create instability that could jeopardize the people's safety and it is also aimed at toppling the government elected by the people,” he said.
