'Bitch' and 'running dog' battle between PBS, SAPP
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Barisan Nasional components SAPP and PBS have resorted to name-calling with SAPP think tank chief Datuk Tham Nyip Shen likening PBS to a "running dog".
It was in response to PBS Deputy President Datuk Dr Maximus Ongkili's earlier description of SAPP as a "political bitch"
Tham said SAPP may be a "bitch" but it is not like the PBS which is like a "running dog" with its tail always between its legs.
"While I may have my own views on many things, for Dr Max to use insulting words is unacceptable", Tham said in a statement.
Tham, who is the State Science Adviser hoped Dr Maximus would make good use of his current position in the Federal Cabinet to push for the resolving of the perennial illegal immigrants issue.
He recalled that Dr Maximus once strongly objected to his proposal to introduce the border-pass (restricted passport) for foreign workers, which he (Tham) deemed as a better way to trace foreign workers and to prevent them from using Sabah as a "spring board" to other countries by obtaining a Malaysian passport.
