This year is not Visit Malaysia Year (Tahun Melawat Malaysia) but Tahun Meliwat Malaysia. It's a joke.
Below is the banner from your Ministry of Tourism home page. Notice "Malaysia Truly Asia".
And the image below, also with "Malaysia Truly Asia" has been enhanced to reflect the current situation.

And right now the Minister of Tourism is really pissed off when she knew some blogger are abusing (or defacing) the Visit Malaysia logo. I've yet to find that logo though.
